Egg production, rearing and selling pullets have been central to El Carancho. Daily care of the birds and working as a family shaped this chapter of the farm.
The June 2024 issue of Patagonia Datos told the story of this project, its animal welfare practices and its connection to the circular economy. We now preserve that record as part of our memories.
